STAYING STRONG EXERCISE CLASS

Who: For women who are currently undergoing treatment for cancer, or have recently completed treatment.

When: Monday through Thursday mornings, 10:30 am to 11 :30 am

What to bring: You must bring a letter from your doctor allowing you to participate to your first class; also bring a bottle of water

Facilitator: Nancy Cole

Other details: Wear loose, comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Classes are free

BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT GROUP

Who: For widows and widowers who have lost their spouses in the last year

When: 8 week sessions held three times during the year

Next session: January 20, 2012

Where: Los Alamitos Community Center, 10911 Oak Street, Los Alamitos

When: 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Who: For women at any stage of their journey or treatment
